The building consists of 6 apartments, a classy lobby, second floors with 2 elevators plus a guard at the entrance to maximize the safety of the residence and provide a safety environment to make you feel like home! The apartments includes: WIFI, Smart TV, Netflix, washer and dryer (shared), queen size bed, well equipped kitchen with silverware, pan, cooking pot, a working desk, kettle, towels, bed sheets, Smart Android TV with Netflix for FREE, flat iron, ironing board, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, strong air conditioner, which can also be operated as a heater.
